Gautam Sharma came to LIM with vast retail experience. In his previous retail position at Bang & Olufsen, Gautam initiated a process improvement program that aimed to enhance the customer’s experience at all contact points. It was during this time; he developed a passion for organizational effectiveness and learning, and chose to pursue a new path. At LIM he supports the e-learning platform as a course designer. Gautam holds an M.Sc in International Business from London South Bank University, and a B.A in economics from the University of Madras, India. He also is a certified audio engineer.
