Josh Gray joined a LIM team tasked with developing an eLearning platform. He has contributed to the design of the platform and to the development of the CSR / Sustainability program. Josh brings extensive experience related to sustainable business practices. He has worked in construction management, and has experience with sustainable design and energy. He is a LEED accredited professional and a certified green power project analyst. As a Panel Coordinator, Josh helped organize an Environmental Panel Discussion for the Geneva Forum for Social Change. He has lived and worked in the U.S. and Europe. He hopes to leverage his passion and knowledge for sustainability as a tool to guide organizational change toward more sustainable operations. Josh is currently working towards his LIM Learning Coach Certification.
Josh holds an International Organizations MBA from the University of Geneva and a BSM in Marketing and Management from Tulane University.

Gautam Sharma came to LIM with vast retail experience. In his previous retail position at Bang & Olufsen, Gautam initiated a process improvement program that aimed to enhance the customer’s experience at all contact points. It was during this time; he developed a passion for organizational effectiveness and learning, and chose to pursue a new path. At LIM he supports the e-learning platform as a course designer.Gautam holds an M.Sc in International Business from LondonSouthBankUniversity, and a B.A in economics from the University of Madras, India. He also is a certified audio engineer.
