By the end of the Advanced Team Coaching Program we will have…
Business:
1) Coached an external client with a business challenge or opportunity;
2) Supported one another one of our own business challenges / opportunities;
Organization:
3) Applied what we have learned in our own or a client’s organization;
Team:
4) Formed a new team and applied the insights from Programs 1 and 2 on Team Development;
5) Defined and demonstrated Shared Leadership;
Professional:
6) Reinforced some of the same concepts and tools introduced in Program 1 and 2;
7) Discovered different tools from sharing our own journeys and from our LIM coaches;
8) Demonstrated understanding of ICF’s 11 competencies as applied to team coaching;
9) Facilitate some of the sessions;
10) Received feedback from colleagues and coaches on their team coaching skills;
11) Received 3.5 on a 5-point scale or better from a real coaching assignment;
Personal:
12) Identified new learning goals;
13) Extended our personal network.
Sucessful completion of this course satisfies 22.0 "Core Competency" Continuing Coach Education Hours.
