During this period, the participants are required to review the digital toolkit and to find opportunities to introduce and apply as many of the concepts, tools and processes that they learned just-in-time whenever appropriate.
The LIM Learning Coach also schedules and conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with each participant. Each participant prepares questions and plans on how he/she has applied the learning. The LIM Coach coaches the participant and extracts insights on ARL Coaching. Below is the design of the one-hour coaching session:
- Check In
- Contract: Goal Setting related to how the tools have been applied in a team setting
- Context: Questions; understanding the challenge
- Choices: Possibilities and strategies
- Change: What are the measures of success; Next steps; accountability
- Debrief & Feedback (Written feedback will be sent to each participant after the session).

In preparation for Team Coaching 201/202, participants are also reminded to read “Gentle Interventions” and begin to document learning insights on coaching as well as:
- Review the outline for the upcoming course – Team Coaching 201/202
- Review and accomplish the Coaching Assessment Instrument: The assessment will take about 45 minutes. Participants are expected to read each major question and the sub-questions.
- Reflect on all the team experiences of the participant and his/her team and exchange thoughts, feelings and insights from those experiences.
- Complete reading “Gentle Interventions” as we will be exchanging insights from this book
Sucessful completion of this course satisfies 20.5 "Core Competency" Continuing Coach Education Hours.
